WHY SUBSCRIBE?

  • Expand Your Horizons: You’ll get the chance to taste new teas every season! Each quarter, get 3 teas in our small pouch size (enough to make 15-25 cups per pouch) delivered directly to your door.
  • Savings: Get 20-40% off! When purchased without a subscription, these teas go for quite a good deal more. When you get them through this box, you’ll get the best prices we offer.
  • Private Selection: Subscribers may get access to special teas that are only available through the Tea Subscription Box. Teas from new producers, micro lots of super premium varieties from existing farmers, and loose-leaf from tea makers and regions sourced by other companies we love may all find their way into your subscription.
  • Flexibility: If the Tea Subscription Box no longer works for you, feel free to cancel anytime! See details on how to unsubscribe below.

HOW IT WORKS

  • Quarterly Shipments: We ship subscription boxes during the first week of each quarter (January, April, July, and October). When you initially subscribe, we’ll send you the current season’s shipment within 3 business days of your order, and then you’ll get your second shipment the first week of the next quarter. After that, every 3 months we’ll send you 3 more teas. Here's an example: if you place an order on May 12, you'll receive the Spring Tea Box that was originally released in April. Then, in the first week of July, you'll receive the Summer Tea Box, and three months later, the Fall Tea Box.
  • Automatic Payments: When you initially subscribe, your credit card will be charged $30. After that, each time we send the new subscription box, your card will automatically be charged. Please note that the time between your first and second charges will be less than 3 full months, and from the second shipment onwards, it will be every 3 months. If you're buying this as a gift and want to make a one-time purchase that doesn't renew, then the 12-Month Gift: Tea Subscription Box may be a better fit for you.
  • Unsubscribe Anytime: You can cancel your subscription anytime prior to your next charge. Simply log into your account on our website, and you’ll see the option to cancel. Of course, we hope that won’t happen, but we understand how important flexibility is!
