After almost a decade of only offering single-origin teas, we launched our first line of blends to provide new ways to showcase our Indian and Nepali farmer partners' teas. Our debut quartet of tea blends were developed in collaboration with Portland-based Jasmine Pearl Tea Company.These tea blends build on the character of our teas by thoughtfully pairing the perfect herbal ingredients to enhance and deepen the flavor experience.

Our Blend Bundle comes with a total of 8 oz of loose-leaf blends, enough to make 80 cups of tea, including:

Himalayan Chai: A masala chai inspired by road trips across the Himalayas, combining strong, black loose-leaf with dried ginger, fresh black pepper, and aromatic cardamom. (2 oz, 20 cups of tea) 
Kumaon Earl Grey: Our rendition of the world’s most popular blend. The light black tea within carries sweet notes of caramel, enhanced by the citrusy zip of bergamot oil. (2 oz, 20 cups of tea) 
Indian Breakfast: A twist on the classic English Breakfast, which combines two single-origin black teas for a strong, balanced, and complex cup. (2 oz, 20 cups of tea) 
Nepali Green Mint: The smoky strength of a roasted, pearl-shaped green tea gets a clean, light lift from the herbal trio of spearmint, peppermint, and lemon myrtle (2 oz, 20 cups of tea)

Fantastic Blends

This was my first time with the blends from Young Mountain, and much like their other teas, they are delicious. The blends combine the great underlying flavors of their black and green teas with subtle twists on classic tea blends. I am especially partial to the Himalayan Chai, so much so it is now a morning staple as I start my day quietly looking out towards Mt Fuji and enjoying a cup. Great products from great people. I’m proud to support the company and their greater mission.

Discovered both these brands years ago at the PNW tea festival and I was so excited to see that they had teamed up for some unique blends! I tend to shy away from mint teas but the mint is actually not to strong, present but not throat chilling. The chai is distinctively sharp ginger, which I loved. The Indian Breakfast is solid. And the Kumaon Earl Grey is either my favorite or at the very least second favorite Earl Grey I've ever tried. Wish I could order each separately, not to leave any out of my next order, but to vary the amounts.
