Privacy

We treat any personal information you provide as confidential — billing addresses, shipping addresses, emails, and any financial information. We do not store credit card information, so each time you place an order, you will need to provide the information again. If you sign up for our newsletter, we will not share your email address.

Shipping

We ship via FedEx and US Postal Service (USPS). For orders over 3 lb, we typically ship FedEx and for orders under, we ship via USPS. Our default is to ship via FedEx Ground and USPS Priority Mail, although we will occasionally alter this if it saves you money. When that happens, you will be charged less than the displayed shipping charge. We never charge more if actual shipping exceeds the amount you are charged.

Our rates based on weight, and designed to also include the weight and cost of the shipping box, tape, padding material, paper, and ink necessary to ship. We ship all orders as soon as we can, typically within 48 hours of receiving an order. You are always welcome to provide additional instructions in the “notes” section of the checkout process.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled as long as they have not shipped. Once shipped, the order is considered final. Typically, we ship orders within 48 hours or less.

Refunds

We can issue refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, we require a picture of the teas in question. Typically, we prefer to replace the tea rather than refund.
