With our tea roots in India, we have always loved the timeless elegance of Indian lota vessels and the warm, earthy feel of traditional chai cups called kulhads. We've been wondering how to combine those elements to put a fresh, contemporary twist on the classic Indian teaware aesthetic. Being fans of Niikah's work, we got together with her to see what she thought of a collaboration, and after some experimenting and brainstorming, she knocked it out of the park! Each one-of-a-kind piece is made with high-quality food safe porcelain, boasting a beautiful satin henna glaze on the exterior and a white satin interior (plus, a gorgeous swirly finish on the bottom of the cup makes them extra special). Perfectly sized to nestle in your hands, they’re dishwasher & microwave safe, and ideal for sipping on anything from hot tea to cold drinks.
Each cup is handmade with care, so no two are exactly alike, making every sip feel a little more personal.
