Building A Sustainable Future For Himalayan Farmers And Their Families
Always looking for a subtle and interesting black tea and this is that! A fan from now forward.
An excellent value and a lovely taste, would drink it daily!
A different Trav - I liked the very light minty notes.
I wanted to try some of these teas, but didn’t know where to start. I chose this bundle because if it was the best three teas for iced tea, then it had to be great for a hot tea, right?
The green pearl is one of the only green teas I have ever tried that doesn’t taste like a haymow if you accidentally oversteep it. The black is surprisingly light and fruity for a black tea. And the white, well, that one is like drinking sunlight. It’s my favorite. I sampled it in my local co-op one day and fell for all of its charms.
I really appreciate the way this company harvests and packages their tea. Soooo worth supporting.
Great experience! Easy to order, lots of great options. Fast response from staff to my email inquiry with very helpful information. Shared with my family for the holidays!
Will definitely order again!
Received a gift card and as a self-proclaimed "tea snob", I was a little nervous. I am still figuring out the complexity of the Himalayan Chai (I don't dislike it, just not sure how I like it) but I adore the Nepali Golden Black tea. Next I'm hoping to try the mint tea but for now just savoring my new fav! Thanks Young Mountain Tea Co!
I searched online for this particular tea and this was the only site I could locate it (and for a reasonable price). Shipping was pretty fast too.
The tea and the infuser are great! I need to order more tea! Thanks!
This tea is super well taken care of. All of the buds are in tact and a beautiful sea green in color with the fuzzies that you look for on white tea. I have really enjoyed all of the tea from Young Mountain Tea Co.
I’m really enjoying the white tea I ordered. It’s a nice change from the black tea I drink and I’m glad to have the variety. This tea makes me feel really good too. Keep up the good work!
The Organic Nepali Golden Black is one of my favorite teas! Nice job by the fulfillment team in getting it here fast
My morning is not properly started until I have my green tea.
Organic Nepali Green Pearl is an exquisite tea. I originally tried it at a tea fair and really enjoyed the light taste and grassy finish.
I love this particular tea and wanted to share with friends.
Your new teabags were perfect to tuck in cards for Christmas.

India has become the second-largest tea producer in the world, crafting world renowned varieties including Darjeeling 1st Flush and Assam Black. We at Young Mountain Tea are proud to be part of this globally beloved industry and are working with emerging tea makers to shape its future. We source directly from small-scale tea gardens in pristine mountain ranges—like our Nepali teas, which flourish in the shadow of Everest—and we are the exclusive U.S. importer of many of the Indian and Nepali loose-leaf teas in our online shop, including the Kumaon teas that hail from a forgotten Himalayan tea region that is being reborn. Every ounce (or pound) of loose-leaf tea you buy helps to create vibrant rural economies and restore the environment. Our deep partnerships with tea growers support individual livelihoods, regional commerce, and help remote communities unlock tea's full potential. That means fresh, certified organic, high-quality Indian and Nepali loose-leaf teas that you won’t find anywhere else. We believe it is possible to create sustainable communities through exceptional tea. We believe in quality and sustainability. And of course, we believe in the power of tea. Raise your cup.
